Long Term Disability

Sometimes disability circumstances are considered long term, often meaning greater financial stress and hardship for your family. The Sample Company offers a company-paid long term disability policy to ensure financial protection for a longer period of time in the event that you are disabled and cannot work due to a covered injury or illness. Full-time employees are eligible for up to 60 percent of their base annual earnings up to $15,000 per month after 90 days of disability.
